Just days after Senior ICT Manager at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC ) , Mr Christopher Musando, was found murdered, Kuria made a controversial post on his Facebook account which he later pulled down.
Kuria had purported that Mr Msando, who disappeared on Friday, was ‘enjoying sweet time with a woman’.

The MP further linked the IEBC official’s disappearance to National Super Alliance (NASA) flag bearer Raila Odinga.
“So this is Chris Musando’s vehicle right now here at Roysambu. The idiot is enjoying sweet time with a woman. And the story was that he is privy to ‘rigging’ and he can’t be found.

“Verily, verily I say unto you Raila. You will not burn this country. Not when I am alive,” Kuria had posted.

“I have had to live with a barrage of innuendos and accusations over the death of Msando for more than two years now.

The MP explained that during the weekend of Msando’s disappearance, a picture of the vehicle he was in surfaced on the internet.
He added that during this time, members of the public contacted and informed him that a vehicle similar to that of Msando had been spotted at Roysambu, Nairobi County.
The lawmaker also said that he is ready to visit Musando’s family and be at the grave site to officially clear off issues from his chest.
“If the Musando’s family allows me, I will go visit the graveyard and talk to Musando privately. I will ask for forgiveness. This issues haunts me every day.” An emotional Kuria said.
His latest apology follows a revelation he made, admitting that ODM’s Raila Odinga had won both the 2013 and 2017 presidential elections but President Uhuru found his way into Statehouse.
