Kwaheri Chairman: Mzee Jackson Kibor is Dead

Eldoret businessman and politician Mzee Jackson Kibor passed away on Wednesday evening, his family has confirmed.

Mzee Kibor, who was in his late 80s, breathed his last while receiving treatment at St Luke Hospital in Uasin Gishu.

He had been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit after his health deteriorated in the last few weeks.

According doctors, his kidneys failed.

The farmer has been in and out of hospital since October 2020 when he contracted Covid-19. He has been receiving supplemental oxygen from that time.

Mzee Kibor was famous for many things.

The polygamous old man divorced his second and third wives before marrying a fourth spouse. His first wife died many years ago.

From time to time, he would be involved in fights with his children over his vast estate. He has over 20 children.

Also, he had been elevated to the chairmanship of the imaginary Men’s Conference, which takes on Valentine’s Day of every year.

Men viewed him as a mentor.

In 2019, he addressed a gathering of men and advised them to keep good wives.
