Lilian Muli had some real talk with her social media family about being victims of mental and emotional abuse, something she can easily relate to.
The TV girl sought to understand what kind of abuse her fans have gone through, exchange ideas on the same and just encourage each other.

A fan mentioned how emotional and mental abuse took a toll on her self-esteem and according to Ms Muli, the fan needed to focus on the bright side of life.
The Citizen TV journalist condemned men who do something wrong and blatantly blame their women for it.
That sounds like a selfish and manipulative person.
Talking of men who cheat then pin the blame on their women, Lilian admitted she has been through it but termed it as ‘B.S’.

Experience
At the end of it all, Mama Liam confessed to being a victim of mental and emotional abuse twice in her life.

All because she was attracting a certain, wrong character of men in her life. But having learnt her lesson, she changed her ways.
I realized I was attracting the same character in my relationships because I was attracted to a certain type. You must put an end to attracting a certain type.
Urging fans:
Take time to heal and then really take time before you open up to someone else. Do not share too many intimate details about what went wrong previously in your life in terms of abuse unless you are 100 percent sure about the person you are opening up to.

Why so?
Chances are they might use your vulnerabilities against you and really do you wrong based on what they know about your greatest fears.
All in all, she acknowledged that as much as she is a woman and would love to talk about emotional and mental abuse about women – since she can easily relate – that men are also victims of abuse.
