Long serving Catholic Archbishop Ndingi Mwana a’nzeki is dead

Retired Archbishop Ndingi Mwana a’Nzeki has died. Ndingi passed away in Nairobi in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

The message of his passing was made in a communiqué by His Eminence John Cardinal Njue on Tuesday Morning.

Ndingi was born on 25^th Dec 1931 in Machakos and would later become a long-serving Archbishop of the Catholic Church.

Admired for his straightforwardness, Ndingi served as the Bishop of Machakos diocese between 1969 and 1971, Bishop of Nakuru diocese 1972 to 1996, the coadjutor of Nairobi as well as the Archbishop of Nairobi between 1997 and 2007.
