‘Love her to the last bit!’ Anerlisa’s rare social media post about Tecra Muigai

The Keroche Breweries family is mourning the passing of one of their brightest rising stars, Tecra Muigai.

Tecra is also the daughter of the company’s CEO Tabitha Karanja and younger sister to Anerlisa Muigai.

Anerlisa mourned her younger sister on social media by posting the official press statement announcing her death and captioning it with a broken heart.

Tecra died at home after an accident on May 2, 2020.

Early this year, Anerlisa revealed that Tecra avoided any opportunities that would land her in a photo with her. She shunned the limelight and the attention that came with it.

Anerlisa said,

“When we walk together then she sees a lot of people, she always leaves me like somebody she doesn’t know. She just hates the spotlight and that is why I don’t post her on my page even if it’s a family photo.” 

However, in a rare Facebook post, Anerlisa gushed about her sister.

She wrote,

“My Tecra Muigai, My only siz, My best friend. I love her to the last bit.”

This photo is the only documented time that Anerlisa posted a photo of Tecra.
