MAC Kenya has began a masterclass series to nurture Kenyan talent.

MAC cosmetics prides itself in supporting upcoming and established artists to advance their crafts. It is with this in mind that the cosmetics company has decided to support local artistry by giving local makeup artists platforms in which they can grow their talents to share their skills and insights.
MAC is offering a space in which young Kenyans can nurture their talents by providing opportunities for them to teach and learn about professional makeup applications to enhance their skills. Recently, MAC partnered with Stephanie Cherono, a Kenyan makeup artist, to hold a Masterclass aimed at educating other upcoming makeup artists. The Glow & Grow Masterclass as it was dubbed, is the first ever of the series. Cherono started her professional makeup jpurney back in 2017 as a retail artist at MAC.

Sheila Mwaura, Manager of Retail Operations, Sub Saharan Africa said, “Our masterclasses offer exclusive access to the industry’s best artists. It’s an opportunity for the brand to inspire and engage with our customers and upcoming artists”.
