Metropolitan National Sacco launches member education program – Kenyan Business Feed

The first episode of Metro Business Café aired last Thursday.

The program is aimed at educating the over 100,000 members of Metropolitan National Sacco on money matters, business and wealth creation. It is live-streamed on YouTube.

“It (Metro Business Café) will play an important role in building and enhancing customer loyalty through constructive interactions”, Metropolitan National Sacco told Kenyan Business Feed.

The platform which premiered on 24th of June 2021 is a golden opportunity for members to not only express their interests and ideas but also contribute to the sustainability of the Sacco.

As an organization, we intend to impart the right attitude, knowledge and skills to all members by essentially answering the question ‘’WHY’’ they need our products. Having embarked on a growth strategy anchored on diversification, customer service excellence and developed products, we find the need to enlighten our members on these new developments. We look forward to an educative and exciting adventure.

The program which is moderated by veteran journalist Michael Njenga will continue on every other Thursday from 7pm to 9pm.
