Members of Parliament tore into each other on Wednesday as they engaged over national executive’s failure to appoint a substantive secretary to the cabinet who is supposed to chair the assumption to the office of the President committee. While MP’s allied to the Azimio la Umoja one Kenya coalition party supported the response by the Chairperson Justice and Legal affairs committee Muturi Kigano that the position was being held in acting capacity by the head of public service, those allied to Kenya Kwanza Alliance felt the executive had failed to provide reasons for leaving the crucial office vacant.
