The coronation was attended by Garissa Town MP Aden Duale and Mathira counterpart Rigathi Gachagua among other leaders.
The group then proceeded for a photo session with the new recruit right before Ruto left to inspect water projects in Narok.
Havi made the switch from Amani National Congress (ANC) party which he had joined only since months ago in May 2021.
The lawyer had joined the party a week after announcing that he was interested in taking over duties from current Westlands MP Tim Wanyonyi who will vie for Nairobi Gubernatorial seat.
Havi explained that his decision to run for MP seat was made after he was approached by the constituency’s residents asking him to represent them.
If elected, Havi will represent neighbourhoods such as Runda, Lakeview, Muthaiga, Kitisuru and Highridge, as well as slum areas like Kangemi, Githogoro, DeepSea, Mji Wa Huruma, Kaptagat, Kibagare, Ndumboini, Maasai and Suswa.
