Whenever a man or woman does something disgraceful, the spouse gets blamed for not helping them make the right decisions. Well, it has not been any different for Joseph Kinuthia, alias Omosh’s two wives who have been receiving all the backlash because of their husband’s begging for financial aid on TV.

However, the former Citizen TV Tahidi High drama series actor revealed on Wednesday, 30th June, that his wives had scolded him for taking part in interviews without informing them. They accused him of tainting the family’s image and portraying them as desperate people.

“They are wondering why I went to beg again on national television without informing them of what I’d say in the interview. Even my friends were taken aback by the now misunderstood message,” Omosh said during an interview.

He said the family was insisting on him telling about any major decisions he might have to make.

“Right now we are okay and I have learnt to consult and listen to their advice,” he stated.

On Monday, 29th June, Omosh disclosed that he had rejected several offers to be admitted to a rehabilitation centre out of fear that he would have to leave his family for three months.

Even so, his friends made an appointment for him to be signed up for counselling on Saturday, 3rd July, at Chiromo in Nairobi.

Kevin Onyiso, also a former actor on Tahidi High said: “We intend to meet at Omosh’s home on Saturday, 3rd July, and invite well-wishers to come with food and money for his family. This is because he’ll be away for three months in rehab.”
