The Kapsaret Member of Parliament honorable Oscar Sudi has finally revealed why some Tanga Tanga legislators are leaving the camp of the deputy President. He wrote on his Facebook account that the main reason why many legislators are decamping from the Tanga Tanga brigade is because of the intimidations and threats from President Uhuru Kenyatta.

He wrote on his Facebook account that the kind of blackmail that the Kenyan leaders are facing is worrying and it shows that the democracy of the country is on trial. He added that they are happening because of the threats and coercion from the Head of State.

Oscar Sudi wrote this while reacting to the cover story that was put on the Star Newspaper that stated that Senator Millicent Omanga and other six Tanga Tanga legislators quit the Tanga Tanga brigade and joined President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The other Senators who were named by the Star newspaper are Senator Margaret Kamar of Uasin Gishu County, Michael Mbito of Trans Nzoia county, Njiru Ndwiga of Embu county and other nominated Senators such as Victor Prengei, Christine Zawadi and Mary Senate.It has also been reported that these Senators are now supporting the motion in Parliament that is aimed at ousting Senator Kithure Kindiki from his powerful position as the deputy speaker of the Senate.
