A freak accident along Mombasa road has taken the lives of three people on Tuesday morning.
The three were killed on the spot following an accident involving three vehicles near Maanzoni Lodge on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.

According to eye witnesses two trucks sandwiched a probox car few meters from Maanzoni Lodge.
Speaking to the press, Machakos County Government Emergency Services Director David Mwongela said the three deceased are drivers of the two trucks and one turn boy.
Rescue efforts are still underway to save the driver of the Probox car who, is still trapped in the wreckage.
