– He also wants a considerably high wage which will make him the second best paid player at the club after Mesut Ozil who makes £350,000 per week
Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has a list of strong demands which have to be met by the Club. in order for him to sign a new deal.
Gunners fans are in limbo over the contract status of their top scorer this season, although manager Mikel Arteta is confident a new deal is on the horizon.
According to ESPN, Aubameyang wants a contract not short of a three-year deal, along with wages of up to KSh 33 million (£250,000)-a-week.
The 31-year old is officially in the final year of his current deal, with numerous reports in the last few months suggesting he could be on his way out of the club.
The fact that Arsenal are a fair way away from Champions League football also does little to help their cause in retaining the Gabon international.

Arsenal are yet to establish their summer budget as there is uncertainty on which competition they will be playing in Europe next season, if they will be in Europe at all.
However, several players including promising youngster Bukayo Saka already have a future at the club which managed to tie a number of players down for the long term.
There is however no taking away his contributions for Arsenal as his goals have directly earned the Gunners numerous points this season.
His brace against Norwich City on Wednesday also placed him first in the list of Arsenal players to clock 50 goals in the shortest time.
Arsenal face Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday, July 4 and they will be hoping a decent performance from Aubameyang and the side will keep their European dreams alive.
