The ruling Jubilee Party Vice Chairman David Murathe has spilled the beans on the most powerful man President Uhuru Kenyatta trusts with all the Jubilee party’s affairs.
Speaking during an interview Nation Media, revealed that President Kenyatta is now counting on the formerly established post of the Secretary of Jubilee Coalition to enable seamless operation in the ruling party and do away with malicious voices in the party ahead of the 2022 general polls.
Murathe asserted that the Eldas Member of Parliament Adan Keynan going forward will be the person linking the Head of State and the parliament with a crucial role of ensuring that he watches the moves of those legislators allied to Deputy President William Ruto.
Murathe also added that KeKeynan’sole will be to ensure that any member who will be caught defying the party rules is reported to the party leader.
The Jubilee Vice-Chair further added that Keynan will also spearhead the creation of synergies with coalition partners such as KANU and has also been tasked to be an intermediary who will convey the President’s message to the Jubilee Party Members.
“If members are defying party position and prprogramshe is the one to bring this to the attention of the party leader. His mandates include creating synergies with coalition partners such as Kanu, ” Murathe stated.
