One person was killed and two others seriously injured after a vehicle they were travelling in rammed into a roundabout in Nairobi.
The accident occurred on the Uhuru Highway at Lusaka roundabout on Monday, June 15.
In their report, Industrial Area police said that the Land Cruiser Prado was being driven towards the city centre when the crash occurred.
The driver, police said, lost control of the vehicle which hit the roundabout and rolled several times landing in a ditch.
The driver, Patrick Kimani, sustained head and chest injuries.
Another occupant, Julius Mwangi Kimani, died on the spot and his body was taken to the City Mortuary.
The third occupant, Jamal Hussein Ibrahim, sustained a head injury and is receiving treatment in a city hospital.
