‘Sisi ni Watu Wazima’: Juliani and Governor Mutua’s Ex Lilian Confirm Relationship

It is not in doubt now that Lilian Ng’ang’a, ex-wife to Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua, and popular rapper Julius Owino aka Juliani are dating.

In a joint statement published on Lilian and Juliani’s Instagram pages, the two confirmed that they are in a romantic relationship.

“In this photo (the one at the background of the statement) are two fully conscious adults who have chosen to be together,” they said.

The new lovebirds also reprimanded begrudged persons from meddling in their affair.

Lilian and Juliani said they have fallen in love and no one can change that.

“Any other narrative is false, outdated, and ill-intentioned. Let’s respect people’s choice,” the duo said.

This now put to rest speculations on whether the two are an item.

Activist Boniface Mwangi, who is a very close friend of the two, has been hinting that Lilian and the artiste are dating since she announced she had ended her long-term relationship with governor Mutua.

Boniface even claimed that Juliani was receiving threats from unknown people, who he said were unhappy with the affair.

“My very good friend Juliani was threatened. Someone called him and told him to stop posting pictures posed with his friend Lilian Ng’ang’a and if he continues, they will kill him.

“He has recorded a statement at Kileleshwa police station. We must respect personal choices. Do what you want with your life. Love whom you want. It is your life,” the activist wrote on Instagram.

He went ahead to share a video of Lilian and Juliani sharing a drink in a nightclub.

Lilian and Juliani’s secret affair was first exposed by gossip blogger Edgar Obare.
