Kenyan gospel artiste Emmy Kosgei has had a rough few days after her community called her out for allegedly demeaning them.
During a recent online interview with Alfred Koech via his Facebook page Emmy said Kalenjin men were introverts.
Adding that most only approached her for marriage after she had gotten engaged to her Nigerian husband Madubuko.
“THERE IS NO KALENJIN MAN WHO CAME TO ME AND TOLD ME THEY WANT TO MARRY ME.
THIS IS WHY SOMETIMES ONE SEES SOMETHING IS GOOD BUT FAILS TO SPEAK UP.”
In a cryptic Instagram post, she has talked about how wisdom helps one know which battles to fight and which to leave to God.
‘In this life I have learnt that Every battle is not to be fought 👊not all calls are to be answered☎️ master the art of inquiring of God, the Lord of battles.
Some he allows for his glory, he knows the source and how to handle. so when he says shhhh be still, be still and let him take care of it.
When he says move , move and rest assured he got you! Wait for the signal📡🖲🔊.
Meanwhile our focus is in Jesus in the midst of storm, it’s our koinonea moment 👊what a privilege to partake of the cup … thank you Jesus.’
