Stivo Simple Boy’s Girlfriend Says He’s Been Misled to Dump Her

Kenyan rapper Stephen Otieno Adera alias Stivo Simple Boy’s lover, Pritty Vishy now claims that the musician is veering towards a path that may lead to them breaking things off.

Vishy, in an interview with a local entertainment news outlet, said the singer has not visited her for some days now.

“He doesn’t come to my place now,” she said, blaming this on his management.

She claimed that the label that has signed him as an artiste has been manipulative in all aspects of his life.

Vishy said his managers have been controlling him and cannot make independent decisions.

“He is a man but depends on some people to do things for him. This is extremely unfortunate,” she said.

The young woman also alleged that that firm has been exploiting him financially.

She added that he gets very little from his gigs as well as songs.

“He an endorsement with a big brand and was paid Ksh120,000. However, he only received Ksh4,000. He did another project and was compensated with Ksh150,000, but what he got is very little money.

“His managers do everything for him. When he wants to buy a phone or go anywhere, he must first tell them. The YouTube channel under his name is controlled by the label. I feel sorry for him because this is pure exploitation,” Vishy said.

In a recent sit-down with YouTuber Lynn Ngugi, the Stivo, however, rubbished claims that his management was taking advantage of him.

He insisted that his agreement with the company is mutual and no party has an advantage over the other.

However, he could not explain why his living standards have not improved much even after fame. He still lives in the Kibra slums.

His publicists always accompany him in media interviews and fans usually note that most of the time he looks afraid.
