The prime suspect in the shooting incident of Samuel Mugota in Nairobi’s Mirema Drive has Tuesday been arraigned in court.
Dennis Karani Gachoki surrendered to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) on Monday to clear his name.
He maintained that he has never done any business with Mugota and that he is innocent and played no role in the killing of the deceased.
Last week, detectives said Gachoki used a firearm that was stolen from an intoxicated officer at a popular joint in Mombasa in November 2020 to ruthlessly execute Muvota on Monday, May 16, afternoon.
