Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi has called on Kenyans to give the Kenya Kwanza Alliance a chance to lead the country by voting for the coalition in the August General Elections.
Mudavadi, a principal in the coalition that includes Deputy President William Ruto and Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula, says the country’s economy needs a turnaround even as he decried the high cost of living.
“As a country, it is time that we must get it right. The ever-increasing cost of basic goods is a clear indicator that our economy is bleeding. The cost of basic and essential goods like cooking oil and sugar is now beyond the reach of many Kenyans.” He said
According to Mudavadi, Kenya Kwanza Alliance’s only aim is “to have an Uchumi Bora that will ensure people have money in their pockets and live a decent life.”
He says his coalition is keen to revive industries such as Mumias Sugar Company so as to help create jobs for the people.
“I am asking all Kenyans to trust Kenya Kwanza so that together we can improve our economy,” he said
