UDA nominates William Ruto as the Party’s Presidential Candidate

Deputy President William Ruto has been formally endorsed as the United Democratic Alliance Party Presidential candidate in what sets the stage for his endorsement as the Kenya Kwanza flag bearer. Ruto in his acceptance speech promised to end what he termed as state capture as well as give financial autonomy to the office of the Inspector General of Police, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and the Judiciary.
