Although it’s a native app for Apple devices, the Notes app can also be easily accessed from a computer running Windows. However, for this to be possible, the user must first of all have an Apple ID account to be able to activate the synchronization of their Notes on iCloud.

On iPhone or iPad
In the “Settings” of your device, sign in to the Apple ID account and then in “iCloud”. On your Apple ID screen, confirm that Notes app sync is turned on.

on Mac
In your Mac’s System Preferences, enter “Apple ID” at the top of the window; then select the “iCloud” option in the sidebar. On your Apple ID’s iCloud screen, confirm that Notes app sync is turned on.
How to access and use the Apple Notes app on a Windows PC
Access the iCloud website
On a Windows computer, open the browser of your choice, go to the iCloud website, and sign in with your Apple ID credentials. Depending on your security settings, you may need to confirm login through one of your trusted devices.
Open the Notes app
When you log into your Apple ID account, you’ll find listed a number of apps synced with iCloud, such as Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, and more. Click to open the Notes app.
Access your Notes on PC
When you open the Notes app, you can view, access, and edit all your synced content via iCloud on a Windows PC.
