What a Sweet Girl! DJ Pierra Makena’s Cute Daughter Making Mummy Proud (videos) – LitKenya

They say like mother like daughter and it is turning out to be exactly that for top Kenyan disc jockey Pierra Makena and her four-year-old daughter.

Ricca Pokot is proving to be so brave and bold even before she can really grow up into a woman.

Her mother, DJ Makena, is so proud of her.

The little pretty girl wowed her after she staged a perfect performance in her school.

Ricca memorised and narrated a nice short story to her class and wow, her English was excellent!

Her courage reminded her mother of how confused she was when Ricca arrived, as she didn’t know how she would manage as a single mother.

“Gosh, I love being a mom! Just watching this…took me back to 2016, when I had just given birth and I thought I would not make it! It was hard…but look at God. Those who know my story will understand and for those who don’t, it’s a story for another day. Moms/dads should never give up….however hard and difficult it may seem. Remember, there is a God,” she captioned the video.

In yet another post, she confirmed it was the moment she has been waiting for.

“Super proud of my LO!! school narration. Mama’s Joy! Some of the moments I have prayed for🤗🤗. Thanks to my family and people I call family for coming through today🥰🥰,” she added.

It is barely two years since the little princess started school and she is already doing so much.

Ricca has also been entertaining her mother’s fans with her exciting dance moves on TikTok.

“TikTok baby lol…reasons I go with her to the car wash…💯 entertainment!” wrote her mother a few days ago.

Ricca will be turning five in a few weeks’ time.

As she turned four last year, her celebrity mother penned down such a sweet birthday message for her.

“Happy birthday to my baby! Ricca turns four years… Fam(ily) look at God! He has been so faithful. I’m soo excited. I’m in tears. May God protect you, Ricca, and continue providing for you and guiding your steps. Happy birthday my love…”
