Willy Paul Threatens to Take Diana Marua to Court After Tarnishing His ‘Good Name’

Famed musician Willy Paul AKA Pozze has come out to further address the allegations that he attempted to rape Diana Marua alias Diana B, a wife to musician Kevin Bahati.

Moving to clean the air, Pozze has accused Diana of tarnishing his good name considering that he is a big brand with many corporates chasing after his signature.

In a public statement seen by Litkenya, Pozze pointed fingers at Diana, asserting that she had recruited a group of women and paid them handsomely to support her course of tainting his name. According to Pozze, the women are planning to come out and claim that he assaulted them.

“I cannot and will not condone such kind of claptrap aimed at tarnishing my good name. Willy Paul is not Wilson Ouma, Willy Paul is a brand name with commercial interests both locally and abroad.”

“I, therefore, issue this statement as a stern warning that there will be serious legal consequences both individually and collectively to whoever might purport to give false unsubstantiated claims.” The statement reads in part.

“We shall go to court and sort out this nonsense for once and for all. I have had enough of these games that threaten my career and violate my rights!” He added.

Willy Paul further disclosed that the allegations had cost him to lose business deals worth millions of shillings.

“Thank you you’ve won, I’ve lost a deal worth 10m from a telecommunication company. 4m from a mattress company. And an international recording and distribution deal worth 82m.”
