City court jails former Senator Joy Gwendo over Sh1.7m debt – Nairobi News

Former nominated Senator Joy Gwendo jailed for 2 years by a Nairobi court.

Ms Gwendo was handed the sentence on Friday for abuse of office and failure to honour a plea bargain she entered into with the state to settle a Sh1.7-million debt.
