Deputy President William Ruto has promised to from an all inclusive Government if he clinches the top seat in this year’s election.
The Deputy President who was in Likuyani, Kakamega County to drum up support for the Kenya Kwanza Coalition promised to set aside funds for micro-business enterprises and boda boda operators to improve their livelihoods.
The DP, who was accompanied by Amani National Congress Party leader Musalia Mudavadi and FORD Kenya boss Moses Wetangula Tuesday morning also pleaded to residents to vote for the Kenya Kwanza coalition.
The leaders urged President Uhuru Kenyatta to remain neutral on the country’s succession politics.
Their sentiments come after the President hinted at playing an active role in his succession after his term ends August.
President Kenyatta who spoke in Mombasa, also took the opportunity to reiterate that he will continue to work for the betterment of all Kenyans till the end of his term.
He emphasized that his singular role is to leave a legacy of peace, unity and prosperity for all Kenyans.
The ANC boss took issue with the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC) saying that the new education system was not fit for the Kenyan child.
On his part, the Bungoma Senator urged the residents to embrace the bottom up economic model as well as prepare to vote and elect the Deputy President as the fifth President.
