Kenya: Central Regional Director of Education Resigns to Pursue Politics

Nyeri — Central Regional Director of Education John Lekakeny has resigned from public service as he prepared to vie for Kilgoris Parliamentary seat.

Lekakeny handed in his resignation on Tuesday morning at the Regional Headquarters at the Nyeri Town office.

He has been in public service for the las t 28 years.
