But how many people do you know especially in Atlanta that owned cars before they came to the US? Not many secondly unlike the US in Kenya the plate can tell you how new the Secondhand car is, which is Abit confusing because a Brand-new car 2020 from Toyota Kenya today comes out with KDB and a fresh 2015 import also comes with KDB so Ive never understood why people are obsessed with plates in Kenya.
