Kapenguria Member of Parliament Samuel Moroto and Trans Nzoia County Commissioner Sam Ojwang clashed publicly over the settlement of more than 800 squatter families at Chepchoina Settlement Scheme along West Pokot and Trans Nzoia Counties. The legislator accused the County commissioner of sabotaging efforts to resettle the squatters despite several Court orders.
