Raila Odinga is the most popular presidential candidate, a survey released by Infotrak

Raila Odinga Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya flagbearer is the most popular presidential candidate, a survey released by Infotrak on Wednesday has shown.

According to the pollster, Raila leads with a popularity rating of 43% followed by his top rival Deputy President William Ruto who came in at 38%.

Roots Party leader Prof. George Wajackoyah came in third with a popularity of 4% as David Waihiga Mwaure of Agano Party followed with 0.1%.

Infotrak poll also showed that 16% percent of the respondents are undecided on the presidential candidate to vote for in the upcoming polls.

The same poll revealed that the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) leads in party popularity with 33% followed by the Orange Democratic Party (ODM) with 31%.

On the other hand, the Azimio camp takes the lead in political coalition popularity with 43% as Kenya Kwanza follows with 38%.

The poll was conducted on 9,000 respondents across 290 constituencies.
