Talks begin to end the Russia- Ukraine crisis

High-level talks between Kyiv and Moscow are taking place at the Ukraine-Belarus border as the war between Russia and Ukraine enters day 5. Before the meeting, Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky urged Russian troops to lay down their weapons and called for immediate intervention by the European Union. This as European Union for the first time in history provided 450 million pounds to fund weapons for ukraine.
