– According to her, when Tedd abandoned his family, he left for the UK and returned three years later with a mzungu lover
Days after renowned music producer Tedd Josiah admitted he was in a loveless marriage, his estranged first wife Cynthia has shared her side of the story.
The mother of two revealed she and the father of her children never finalised their divorce and are still technically married.
“Josiah has never officially divorced Cynthia till date. They met in the 1990s and became friends. Later, they moved in together in 2001 before wedding in 2002,” the lady’s friend said.
However, in 2008, Cynthia and Tedd’s union hit the fan forcing the latter to fly out to the UK where he started a new life after abandoning his family.
Apparently, Tedd’s wife tried her best to salvage what remained of their relationship but he was silent and evasive.
He never reached out and avoided participating in their kids’ lives.
Cynthia pulled herself together and started afresh as a single mum.
“She raised the children all alone and even moved them from private to public schools because she could not afford it,” the source said.
In 2011, Tedd shocked his whole family when he jetted back into the country with a white partner by his side.
He had a new girlfriend.
The producer’s former wife also insisted the chap has another child in Nigeria with a former lover named Damilo Yusuf.
He and Damilo dated then parted ways later forcing his lady to fly back to her country.
In a previous interview with NTV, Tedd admitted he was an inconsiderate husband back when he and Cynthia were married.
The music maestro claimed he was tired of living a lie and sleeping next to a woman he did not love.
The music guru added that he repaired his relationship with his eldest kids after returning to Kenya.
