Wayne Rooney believes Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is the perfect man to be Manchester United next boss and has proven so since he replaced Jose Mourinho.
The Norwegian lead United to 14 wins in his 19 games in charge since taking over as interim boss in December 2018.

United are expected to name a permanent manager at Old Trafford at the end of the season and the Manchester United legend is tipped to be confirmed as new gaffer.
“He has gone in with simplicity and has brought belief back to the fans,” Rooney said, according to Express (UK).
”Solskjaer has made the place enjoyable again to go into work every day. The staff around Carrington are enjoying working there again and that does rub off.
The Red Devils have also been linked with the likes of Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham, but Rooney believes his former United teammate cannot be overlooked.

“When you see the staff happy around the players, it makes it a happy environment to work in.
“He is doing a fantastic job and I’m sure he is the only candidate for Manchester United to take that job and it will be great to see him get it and bring some of the players he wants to bring in and keep moving the club forward,” Rooney explained.
Manchester United are currently occupying fifth position on the Premier League standings with 58 points after 30 games played this term.

The 45-year-old Norwegian football manager replaces former manager Jose Mourinho who was thrown out of the club because of poor results.
He was joined by Mike Phelan as first-team coach, together with Michael Carrick and Kieran McKenna this season at Old Trafford.
