Contact has reportedly been made between Real and Rashford’s agent and the youngster will speak to the Spanish club if things don’t change.
United are reportedly ready to offer Rashford a bumper new contract to keep him at Old Trafford.
United chief Ed Woodward wants Rashford to finalise a new contract before the end of the season and will offer a deal of around £150,000-a-week plus bonuses.
Rashford is said to be aware of United’s determination to agree a new deal and could use that as a bargaining tool in negotiations.
