Our client, a well-established company offering bakery services is seeking to fill a role of a Sales Supervisor for their bakery in Kitui. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, dynamic and possess good interpersonal and leadership skills.

The candidate will be tasked with supervision and maintenance of an aggressive and productive sales team that will continually increase income for the company.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the distribution system and action plans to maximize sales of responsible Sales Representatives in the General trade
• Promote the company’s brand
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that professionalism is achieved and targets are met
• Providing guidance to sales representatives on daily, monthly and quarterly work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies
• Manage the sales force to ensure targets are achieved or surpassed through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
• Conduct regular sales and business review to evaluate performance
• Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship, aligning with long term company’s achievement.

Requirements

• Degree in Sales & Marketing
• A minimum of 2 -3 years’ sales experience
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Strong organizational skills
