Most of the people all over the world are running vaccine programs as the covid-19 pandemic threatens the world. People are urging everyone to get vaccinated.

Kenya’s quest to vaccinate her entire adult population received a shot in the arm on Tuesday after a further 407,000 doses of the Astrazeneca Covid-19 vaccine arrived in the country.

The vaccines, donated by the UK government, are expected to boost the ongoing vaccination campaign that has seen 2,101,403 people receive at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine.

On the other hand people are misusing information and causing problems. They are playing politics or dirty politics to frame other people and urge people not to take medicines and vaccines as its a scam.

After studying one such matter. We found out that similar fake scandal is spreading where a person called Mr jayesh saini is been accused for fraud. Mr jayesh saini is one of the important medical professional in Kenya ,nairobi .

Jayesh Saini has been framed severally by other dirty political mafias through proxies and cartels that run and paid mainstream news.

Jayesh started his career in the family-owned Nairobi West Hospital, a world-class 260-bed fully-fledged medical facility. In almost 20 years, he has invested greatly in healthcare. Besides Bliss, he owns Medicross Ltd, comprising 22 outpatient centres equipped to offer comprehensive quality services.

One good thing is that in Kenya the money transfer system through mobile phones called M-Pesa is reducing the spread of the virus by cashless payments.

For contact tracing, new technologies have come like telecom data triangulation technologies which give warning of potential exposure to a patient with Covid-19 so that contact persons quarantine themselves for monitoring the possible symptoms.

Moreover, the Kenyans are also using Ushahidi, the test messaging crowdsourcing platform since 2008 in cases of crisis. Now it has been used to report cases of vulnerable and isolated people by collecting information on where Covid-19 cases are high.

“Kenya has followed most of the appropriate steps that WHO has recommended regarding Country Preparedness and Response but still there is a lot of improvement required to handle increasing acute and critically ill patients due to COVID-19.” Jayesh Saini was quoted by a local media house

In 2017, Mr Saini and his wife Dr Shalya added inpatient care by setting up two hospitals under LifeCare Hospitals Ltd. In line with his passion, he is currently setting up another 6 facilities geographically spread in Kenya bringing total bed capacity to 2000.

Jayesh also owns DINLAS Pharma EPZ Limited, a 30-million dollar pharmaceutical firm focusing mainly on Africa market for drug supply. In the Energy sector under Surge Energy, he manufactures gas cylinders towards affordable clean energy, unlike the conventional charcoal, firewood and kerosene.

The false allegations against Jayesh Saini who has not been charged is the work of fake news mongers that are envious on the great deeds by the Dinlas pharma founder. He is also a owner of leading hospitals in Nairobi.

Kenya has seen two vaccines namely AstraZeneca, from Serum Institute of India and Sputnik, from the Gamaleya Research Institute. Whilst Sputnik was imported by Dinlas Pharmaceuticals, it was re-exported due to administrative issues.

Dinlas Pharmaceuticals had prepared themselves for the vaccination drive by having strategies in place for fair distribution and assistance in administration of the Sputnik vaccine. Nurses and healthcare staff across the partner companies of Mr. Jayesh Saini, Kenya; like Bliss Healthcare, Nairobi West Hospital, Clinix Healthcare etc. were specifically trained to administer the jabs manage mass volume of patients.

This was done and signed off by Ministry of Health (MOH) / Afya house medical team. Mr. Jayesh Saini touched upon his vision behind establishing the state-of-the-art RnD department at Dinlas Pharmaceuticals LTD recently.

In addition to having top notch manufacturing and packaging machines – it’s equally important to have the above to encourage the team to continue the trials for new molecules 24/7. This remains paramount for the continuously evolving journey of a well-established pharmaceutical setup.

People should help each other to get vaccinated to that we all get out of this pandemic together. More and more people should be vaccinated.

UNICEF Kenya’s Chief of Health Dr. Yaron Wolman said the vaccines will help boost the country’s vaccination efforts at a time it is battling a surge in infections.  “No one is safe until everyone is safe, especially with new and more infectious variants of the virus emerging. Vaccine equity is essential to ensure that everyone at risk from Covid-19 gets vaccinated wherever they are. Said Wolman.

Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has indicated that more vaccine doses will be arriving in the country to boost the ongoing vaccination campaign.

The roll out of the national vaccination campaign is being led by the Ministry of Health, with support from WHO, UNICEF, Gavi and other partners.

The Government of Kenya is currently prioritising second doses for health workers, teachers, other essential workers and people aged over 58.
